Samuel Sykes – CFO

Samuel is a finance and land strategy professional with a first-class degree in BSc Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter. With a strong background in land sourcing and acquisition for developers, as well as building and managing large portfolios of property assets, he has developed an in-depth understanding of land markets, regulatory frameworks, and strategic site selection - key elements in delivering successful BNG and natural capital projects. His knowledge of financial modelling, risk management and BNG, allows him to provide strategic guidance to landowners and developers, maximising long-term returns of their environmental assets.
